Class Schedule
Classes are currently being held to fit almost anybody’s personal schedule needs
We meet Monday through Friday at the following times:
Morning: Afternoon:
5:30 a.m. 4:00 p.m. Women Only
7:30 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
9:00 a.m. Women Only
There is no afternoon class on Thursday’s.
On Saturday, there is a complimentary 8:00 a.m. class for people interested in trying CrossFit for the first time.
